Portland Rose Festival

Abby’s Closet provides free formal dresses to several community organizations.  One example is our partnership with the Portland Rose Festival. For the past several years, we have provided free formal dresses for the Rose Festival Queen, Princesses, and Nominees. The dresses are used during official Rose Festival appearances.
