Join our Student Advisory Board
We are currently recruiting for the 2026-2027 Student Advisory Board.
The Student Advisory Board (SAB) is made up of high school students who actively support Abby’s Closet through direct service, outreach, and public relations. The SAB brings energy and fun to Abby’s Closet activities and acts in an advisory capacity to the Abby’s Closet Board of Directors throughout the school year.
We meet monthly at the Clubhouse in Tualatin (where the dresses are stored), with our focus being on everything from organizing donated dresses, building leadership skills, brainstorming ways to make the event better, and planning fundraising activities.
Our application is open to any high school student, however we are mainly recruiting rising sophomores (class of 2029) and juniors (class of 2028). All students interested in supporting the mission of Abby's Closet are welcome to apply.
Applications are due by April 30, 2026 at 5pm.
We will follow up in June via email with interviews occurring late June. Questions can be directed to kelin@abbyscloset.org
